INFORMATIVE BULLETIN

We wold like to inform you about the current situation in Guatemala due to the Tropical Storm Mithc, which has now left our country.

In the principal tourist area all conditions are normal, both the hotel and services infrastructure. All tourists currently in Guatemala wer4e only affected by the rain that Mich brought.

Presently the weather conditions have gotten considerably better, all routes to the main tourism areas have been repaired and all commercial and industrial activities have returned to normal. All of our international airports are operating normally.

Guatemala and all of its touristical attractions are in very good shape in order to continue to render the high standard of services we are known for. We encourage all of our Travel Partners from around the world to continue to promote and sell their tour programs to Guatemala.

We would also like to in form you that the official visit of the French President, Jacques Chirac has been confirmed for November 14-26 and the First Lady of the United States of America, Hillary Clinton, has confirmed her visit for November 18-19, after evaluating the current situation of our country.
