Fountains and Cascades

Fuentes y Cascadas (Fountains and Cascades) is unique in Central America. It has no direct competition although other businesses work in designing gardens and pools and installing garden fountains.

The concept places great emphasis on ecology. Responding to social interest in preserving the environment, many consumers are trying to create natural areas with water and folliage. Material used to create fountains, cascades and swimming pools comes from several sources. Faucets from Germany, pumps from Italy or the U.S., and small fountains are being imported from Mexico, some so small that they can be placed on desks or tables.

Shingles, stones and other materials to build the fountains and pools, and plants and animals who can live in them are brought from many areas in the country. The company promotes itself through international exhibitions and fairs, in which it works in joint efforts with conservation organizations.

At the second Expo Jardin, a garden exhibition which will take place next May, more than 100 companies and institutions will offer products related to gardening, decoration and agroindustry.
