In October, 1959, believing in these principles, a group of Guatemalan businessmen subscribed the Statement of Purpose of the new Asociación de Gerentes de Guatemala (AGG). Each of our founders brought to the AGG business experience, enthusiasm, and a desire to share the secrets learned in the world of business.

Thirtysix years later, with 2,500 members, the AGG is one of the most influential associations in Guatemala. We work in the following areas:
